AFC Foundations is where kids from 2 to 13 fall in love with sports. We're looking for coaches who get that — people who show up with energy, patience, and a genuine love for working with young athletes.

The Role

What you'll do

Run fun, structured sessions

Coach soccer, basketball, and flag football classes for kids ages 2-13 - keeping it engaging, age-appropriate, and genuinely enjoyable.

Lead 2-5 weekly shifts

Classes happen on weekdays after school and on weekends, so your schedule stays flexible by design.

Build real confidence

The win isn't the trophy - it's the kid who finally kicks the ball with their left foot, or passes instead of hoarding. You'll see those moments constantly.

Be a consistent presence

Kids remember coaches who show up the same way every week. That consistency is the job.
