Q: I accidentally signed up for the wrong age group or time. What do I do?

A: Please send a DM to Coach Mikey on the Coach IQ app or website.

Q: What is the make-up policy for a missed class?

A: If you cancel your class within 24 hours or do not show up without notify the coach within the time-frame, it is a forfeit of the credit applied to that class. If you notify you can not make it in advance, the credit can be rescheduled to a different class or applied to a future date if possible.
